How It Works
The LX Endowment is a permanent fund, professionally managed by the AV Foundation, governed by the LX Board’s Executive Committee.
Our goal of a $5M endowment generates ~$250K annually, supporting LX’s core operational costs and annual event.

The AV Foundation serves as the professional fund manager, with the LX Board’s Executive Committee serving as donor-advisor. The LX Executive Committee will oversee a risk management and investment strategy.

The Endowment has a perpetual purpose to ensure LX is able to invest in future leaders for years to come; as needs evolve, the fund can adapt while honoring this original intent.
