LX is seeking Christian marketplace leaders with an entrepreneurial posture who recognize a gap in their current community and a need for a formative peer environment. They are open to formation in a high-trust, peer-based setting.

We are looking for ambitious creator-builders who are actively in the arena, taking real risks, trying brave things, and building meaningful outcomes. These leaders are not afraid of uncertainty or complexity and show up as givers rather than takers. They offer their time, talent, presence, and generosity so the community is stronger because they are in it.
